Each 15 ml contains:
Silicon dioxide      equiv. Silicon 196mg	420 mg
Biotin (Vitamin H)	8μg
Sodium Selenite      equiv. Selenium 18 μg	52.3μg

Flavoured with a fruit juice blend of: strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, elderberry and red grape 
Does not contain artificial colors or sweeteners, gluten, lactose or preservatives.

Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Each sachet contains 18mcg of selenium. Selenium can be toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
