Orthoplex PreGABA contains glutamine to assist neurotransmitter synthesis due to its key action as a precursor to GABA (the chief inhibitory neurotransmitter in the body that plays a key role in regulating neuronal excitability through the nervous system). PreGABA is designed to offer nutrient precursors and cofactors required for the production of important neurotransmitters

Manufacturing Excipients: Colloidal anhydrous silica, edetic acid, gellan gum, hypromellose, leucine, potable water, potassium acetate.
Incidental Excipients: Nil.

 

Cautions

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible [Contains vitamin B6].
Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
