Orthoplex Manuka Zinc+ Lozenge provides traditional herbal relief from the symptoms of sore throat, mild tonsillitis, dry unproductive cough, and reduction of the severity of symptoms of mild upper respiratory tract infections. It has been formulated specifically with zinc gluconate to easily dissociate in saliva, dispersing zinc ions throughout the upper respiratory mucosa for a localised effect. Carefully developed without zinc-binding excipients such as mannitol, each lozenge contains Manuka honey and essential oils, along with Marshmallow, a demulcent herb traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help soothe respiratory tract and irritated tissues.

Ingredients

Manufacturing excipients: Colloidal anhydrous silica, dextrates, pregelatinised rice starch, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, Stevia rebaudiana, thaumatin. 
Incidental excipients: Maltodextrin (tapioca).

Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
