Quercetin is a bioflavonoid that is best taken alongside Vitamin C and is an excellent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and possesses anti-allergic effects. Other ingredients: citric acid, natural lemon/lime flavour, glycine, thaumatin (African mango extract) and maltodextrin.
