Boswellia, also known as Indian Frankincense has a long history of use in Ayurvedic medicine for the relief of mild rheumatic aches and pains.

Boswellia has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties which may help:

• Decrease symptoms of mild arthritis and osteoarthritis such as mild joint soreness, stiffness, aches, swelling and pain

Boswellia serrata (Indian frankincense) gum oleoresin	2000mg
equiv. dry gum	400mg
std. to contain boswellic acid	100mg

No added gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
