Black Pearl Ginseng Zizyphus Formula Pill 40g

This formula was originally created by Hong Ji (a.k.a. Hong Jiu-You). The formula is effective for a wide range of disorders that arise from Heart and Kidney Yin deficiency with failure of co-ordination between these two Zang organs and flourishing Fire.

Platycodon grandiflorus (Balloonflower) root equiv. to dry	12.8mg
Polygala sibirica (Polygala sibirica) root equiv. to dry	25.9mg
Wolfiporia cocos  equiv. to dry	25.9mg

Cautions

Not to be used during pregnancy.

Caution for those on anti-coagulant medications (i.e. Heparin, warfarin or aspirin).
If patient develops bloating, loose stools or diarrhoea while taking this formula, it may be combined with combine with Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Wan (Agastache Formula SHBP046).
