Calcium ascorbate dihydrate	182 mg
Equiv. Ascorbic acid (Vit C)	150 mg
Riboflavin sodium phosphate	19 mg
Equiv. Riboflavin (Vit B2)	15 mg
Pyridoxal 5-phosphate	7.8 mg
Hydroxocobalamin (Vit B12)	500 micrograms
Calcium folinate	220 micrograms
Equiv. Folinic acid	200 mg
Rosa canina fruit dry extract	16.7 mg
derived from dry fruit	100 mg
Zinc (as zinc citrate dihydrate)	15 mg
Iodine (as potassium iodide)	100 micrograms

Excipients:
Citric acid (contained in Ferrochel), Colloidal anhydrous silica, Stearic acid, Microcrystalline cellulose, Vcaps – Hypermellose, Maltodextrin (contained in Ferrochel, Rosa canina), Silicon dioxide (contained in Ferrochel)

No added: wheat, yeast, gluten, soy, dairy and animal products, sugar, lactose, sodium, egg, nuts, artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives, magnesium stearate or SLS.
