• If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area; if irritation develops, discontinue use; and avoid contact with eyes.
• Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant.
• Do not use Ultra Muscleze Cream in children 6 years of age or under.
• Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.
• If irritation develops, discontinue use.
• Contains methyl salicylate, sorbates and phenoxyethanol.

Prescribing Information:

• Contains wintergreen essential oil; avoid use in pregnancy and lactation.
• Concomitant use of topical wintergreen oil-containing products and warfarin can increase INR and bleeding risk due to systemic absorption of the methyl salicylate contained in wintergreen oil.
• Topical use of wintergreen oil in large amounts, with occlusive dressings, or for prolonged periods of time, can cause additive salicylate toxicity.
• Individuals with salicylate allergy, asthma or nasal polyps should use wintergreen cautiously due to its potential for allergic reaction.
