Cognition Support contains a blend of high quality, standardised herbal extracts to assist cognitive function, and to enhance learning and memory. The ginkgo, Korean ginseng and brahmi extracts combine with alpha-lipoic acid to provide cognitive, circulatory and antioxidant support.

• Caution should be exercised when prescribing Ginkgo biloba with anticoagulants or other antiplatelet medications due to a theoretical risk of increased bleeding. Suspected increased bleeding potential has been reported after chronic use (six months to two years).
• Consumption of ginkgo seeds can cause seizures due to ginkgotoxin contained in the seeds.
• Theoretically, taking serotonergic antidepressants with ginkgo might decrease their efficacy.
• Ginkgo leaf extract seems to alter insulin secretion and metabolism, and might affect blood glucose levels in people with type 2 diabetes. The effect of ginkgo seems to differ depending on the insulin and treatment status of the patient.
• Ginkgo may affect various cytochrome P450 enzymes, therefore affecting medications metabolised by these enzymes.
