Dosage:

Acute Dose: Adults take 2 capsules, three times daily with food (total 6 caps/day).
Maintenance Dose: Adults take 3 capsules daily with food (total 3 caps/day) or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Hard shell capsule can be pulled apart and contents used in food or drinks.
Not to be used by children under 2 years of age without medical advice.
