Herbs of Gold C Powder Plus - Directions

Adults and children over 12 years – Take 2g (½ a 5mL metric spoon), mixed into water or juice, once or twice daily.
Children 2-5 years – Take 1g (¼ of a 5mL metric spoon), mixed into water or juice, once daily.
Children 6-12 years – Take 1g (¼ of a 5mL metric spoon), mixed into water or juice, once or twice daily.
Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

• Herbs of Gold C Powder Plus helps support and maintain healthy immune function and provides relief of symptoms of colds and upper respiratory tract infections.
• C Powder Plus may assist in the management of upper respiratory tract infections and reduce the severity and duration of colds.
• C Powder Plus helps maintain general wellbeing by providing antioxidant support as a free radical scavenger and helps protect the body from free radical damage and oxidative stress.
• C Powder Plus helps maintain healthy skin, gums, teeth, cartilage, tendons and aids in minor wound healing for cuts, scratches and abrasions.
• Vitamin C is beneficial when demand is increased during times of stress.
• Zinc deficiency is common in adolescents, the elderly, vegetarians and pregnant and lactating women.

Ascorbic acid    800mg
Calcium ascorbate dihydrate    243.5mg
   equiv. Ascorbic acid 200mg     
TOTAL ASCORBIC ACID (VITAMIN C) 1g
Zinc (as amino acid chelate)    10mg
Citrus bioflavonoids extract    200mg
Dunaliella salina cell extract equiv. to fresh    25mg
   equiv. betacarotene 1mg     
Naturally sweetened with Stevia.     

Does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, soy, tree nut or animal products, gluten, lactose, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
