The Healthy Essentials oil is sourced from mackerel, sardines and anchovies, the latter of which are two of the smallest and cleanest Omega 3 rich fish species.

Directions

Recommended adult dosage:

• For temporary mild arthritic symptom relief - take 3 to 4 capsules daily.
• For symptomatic relief of dry skin and mild eczema - take 4 capsules daily.
• For heart and cholesterol level maintenance - take 1 to 2 capsules daily.
• For healthy brain and eye function, and general well-being - take 1 to 2 capsules daily.
